“The most perfect day visiting Elafiti islands on a private boat. We were picked up from our hotel and Maro showed us all the beautiful landmarks. This day turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Don’t hesitate booking with them.”
One private boat. Your group only. A day on the Adriatic shaped around what you actually want to do, not what forty strangers on a shared deck want.

Big group boat tours mean fixed routes, packed decks, and the caves you came to see swarmed with forty other people. You spend half the day waiting for someone else to finish snorkelling.
A private boat with Ragusa Boat Charter means the day bends around what you want. You swim where you want to swim. You stay in the caves as long as you want. And our skipper knows the coves the group tours never reach.
Every quote below is a verbatim Google review from a real Ragusa guest — names as they appear on Google.

“If you’re hesitating between a group tour and a private speedboat, choose the speedboat. Our skipper adapted the route to our wishes — we spent more time on the sandy beach of Šunj because that was where we liked the most. Worth every euro.”
“Absolutely fantastic. Maro was full of great stories and great drinks. He jumped in with us and guided us through the trickier portions of the caves. One of our favourite days this holiday, truly blissful.”
“Communication with Martina was always prompt and detailed. Our skipper Maro made our day so memorable. I highly recommend this small company for their professionalism and care.”
“We were lucky enough to get the Blue Cave relatively quiet. Having an experienced guide made the difference — Maro was on hand to guide us through all the caves safely. Lunch at Šunj beach, then ice cream on another island on the way back. Thoroughly recommend.”
Blue Cave, Green Cave, and the coves the group tours skip.

No elbow-fighting on a shared bench.
Puts on your music, knows where to drop anchor for the best swim.

Stay longer at the Blue Cave, skip Šunj for a quieter beach, chase a shady cove for lunch. You decide.
Pickup from Lapad, the Old Town, or the cruise port. No taxi hunt.
Skipper, fuel, cold drinks, snorkel masks, floating noodles. No surprises on the day.

Ragusa Boat Charter is a small family-run business from Dubrovnik. Martina handles every enquiry personally — she’ll be the first person you speak to, and the one who meets you at your hotel on the morning of your trip.
Maro is our lead skipper, and the reason so many guests write reviews saying “the day was made by the person driving the boat.”
Small crew. Personal service. One goal for every day out: the best day of your holiday.
Space for kids to move around, snorkel gear that actually fits, and stops at swimming spots deep enough to jump into safely.
Room on the sundeck for the whole crew, a cold-drinks cooler that stays stocked, and a route that ends at the beach where you want to spend the sunset.
Our skippers are calm in every sea state. Life jackets on board for everyone, and stops planned around what’s actually comfortable — not what’s in a brochure.
Blue Cave and Green Cave the moment the light is right, snorkelling straight off the boat, and side stops most tours never make.
No extras. The price is for the whole boat and covers skipper, fuel, cold drinks, snorkel gear, and hotel transfer. If you want to stop for lunch at a restaurant on Lopud or bring your own food, that’s the only thing not included.
We watch the forecast. If it isn’t safe or comfortable, we move you to the next best day, or refund your deposit in full. You don’t lose money to weather.
Most guests book 2 to 7 days ahead in July and August, but we do get last-minute openings. Send an enquiry with your date and Martina will tell you the honest availability within 30 minutes.
Yes — free hotel transfer for groups up to 6 people, from Lapad, the Old Town, and the cruise port. We meet you at the door.
For tours booked more than 5 days in advance, we ask for an €80–100 deposit to hold the date. Closer to the day, you confirm without a deposit. We take cash, card, bank transfer, or a payment link — whatever’s easiest.
Our skippers speak English. Martina also handles enquiries in German, Italian and Spanish.
Yes — the boat is yours for the day. Cold drinks are already on board, but bring anything specific you want. Or we stop for lunch at a restaurant on Lopud that our skipper recommends.
